History of C.A.R.E
The Charles Annette Redeemed Empowerment (CARE) Scholarship Foundation was founded by Mary Jackson in 2017.
This is the foundations fourth year as a RI Non-Profit Organization.
Our mission is to inspire, empower, and support post-secondary bound students who demonstrate resilience in the midst of adversity, who reflect dedication to leadership and community, and who would not ordinarily qualify for a scholarship due to not having A’s and B’s.
